Membership and access

CYRA is an invite-only, members-club platform. Access may require an invitation, and we may grant, decline, or revoke access at our discretion. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

Tickets are sold by organizers

CYRA is a platform that connects event organizers with attendees. Tickets are sold by the organizer, who is the merchant of record for the sale. CYRA is not the seller of any ticket and is not a party to the transaction between you and an organizer.

The organizer is responsible for their event, including its description, lineup, timing, venue, entry requirements, and conduct. A service fee charged by CYRA is disclosed at checkout before you pay.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize the applicable charge to your payment method. Prices, discounts, and fees are computed at the time of purchase and shown to you at checkout.

Refunds

Because tickets are sold by organizers, refunds and cancellations are governed by the organizer’s policy for that event. Direct refund requests to the organizer.

If an event is oversold — for example, if concurrent buyers claim the last available tickets — the affected order is automatically refunded through Stripe.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Resell, transfer, duplicate, forge, or tamper with tickets or their QR codes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, other accounts, or organizer or attendee data.
• Use the service for fraud, harassment, or any unlawful purpose, or in violation of a venue’s or organizer’s rules.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or scrape the service, or circumvent its security or access controls.

Content and moderation

Events, listings, images, and organization details on CYRA are created by organizers — vetted businesses who are the merchant of record for their own events. Attendees do not post public content on CYRA.

CYRA has zero tolerance for objectionable, unlawful, harassing, or abusive content and conduct. If you encounter anything that violates these terms, report it to support@cyraapp.org. We review reports and remove offending content — and, where warranted, the responsible organizer — promptly, typically within 24 hours.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or where required to protect the platform, its users, or organizers. You may stop using CYRA and delete your account at any time.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. CYRA does not control and is not responsible for events, which are run by organizers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CYRA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability relating to the service is limited to the amount of service fees you paid to CYRA in connection with the transaction giving rise to the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
