Where are my tickets? Your tickets live in the CYRA app, under Tickets.
Can I add a ticket to Apple Wallet? Yes — tickets can be added to Apple Wallet from the app.
How do refunds work? Tickets are sold by event organizers, so refunds are handled by the organizer of your event according to their policy.
How do I delete my account?You can delete your account from within the app, or email us and we’ll take care of it.
